How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes 3-5 business days depending on courier service to receive your order. We're doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.

How to track my order?

You can track your order using your order number or tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Click on Track navigation or Chat with us.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship only within India and do not accept international orders at this time. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping fees vary by location and order value. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Which Size should I buy ?

Please check the size chart on the product page and compare it with your measurements before placing your order, as sizing may vary by style. If you’re between sizes or need help choosing, email us at hello@vavaindia.in with the product name and your measurements, and our team will assist you.

What is your return policy?

Can I exchange an item?

You can exchange an item with a higher-price item or the same item with a different size. See our policy page for details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. However, you may contact us as soon as possible at hello@vavaindia.in, or WhatsApp us on 8105674128 and we’ll check whether the order can still be stopped before processing or dispatch. Cancellation is not guaranteed, and orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) and other secure payment methods such as PhonePe, GooglePe, PayTM and Amazon Pay.

Do you accept store credit?

Yes. For eligible returns that pass our quality check, we may issue a store credit note instead of a refund. The credit note is valid for 1 month and can be used toward another style/product. Shipping and delivery charges cannot be added to or adjusted in the credit note. We do not provide refunds.
