Requesting a return or exchange
For any exchange or return, please inform us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the goods. After contacting us, courier the products to the return address below.

Please note: Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice or your printed order notification document with the return courier.
Quality check
Once we receive the products, they will undergo a quality check. Items must be unused and undamaged, and all tags and labels must remain attached.
If the quality check is not approved, we will ship the returned products back to you. Any applicable shipping charges for sending the products back will be communicated to you.
Exchange after approval
Once the quality check is approved, we will process an exchange for the required size or style, subject to availability.
Shipping charges for the exchanged order will apply as applicable.
Credit note
If your return qualifies for a credit note, we will issue one that is valid for 1 month. The credit note can be used to purchase another style / product from our store.
No-refund policy
We have a strict no-refund policy. Returns will not be refunded to the original payment method. Eligible returns will be handled through an exchange or, where applicable, a credit note valid for 1 month.
Important
Returns or exchanges requested after 48 hours of delivery, or items that do not pass the quality check, may not be accepted. Please keep your courier receipt until your return has been received and reviewed.
